• Mt Cooper Estate, Plenty Road, Bundoora.  Subdivision for the VicUrban of approximately 500 lots in 7 stages.
• Cavendish House, Melbourne.  Building subdivision of a nine level apartment project of 28 lots in 2 stages.
• University Hill, Plenty Road, Bundoora.  A MAB Project.  This was a mixed use development comprising retail, office, industrial and residential development.  The project was developed in stages over a 5 year period.
  
• Metro 3175 Estate Dandenong. A project for VicUrban of approximately 450 lots. The project also required a complete land assembly process and re alingnment of Cheltenham Road.
• Manhattan Place Estate, Tarneit.  A subdivision of 160 lots in 6 stages.
• Burnside Park Estate, Western Highway, Burnside.  Urban design and Rezoning Submission for a development of approximately 450 lots.  This land was incorporated into the Caroline Springs project.
• Feature and Level Survey of 400ha of the land at Kal Kalo to facilitate planning and design for Industrial Development.
• Marquise Apartments, St Kilda Road, Melbourne.  Subdivision of a 15 level apartment complex into 65 lots.
• Love & Lewis Building, Chapel Street, Prahran.  Subdivision to create apartments, warehouse shells, office space and shops.

Urban Development

• Urban Design and Project Management of 15 lot subdivision in Church Road, Doncaster East.
• Project Management of subdivision to create 7 one-hectare lots in Worns Lane, Yarrambat.
• Project Management for Melbourne Water Corporation to dispose of surplus employee housing at the Cardinia Reservoir.
• Project Management for a 6-unit medium density development in Dingley.
• Residential land market study for Melbourne Water Corporation of a 200-hectare site to evaluate market opportunities and likely selling prices and sales rates.
